  • Do I have to pay a setup charge each time I order badges?

    No, why would we charge you a setup fee? We WANT your business! You’ll never pay a setup fee when you buy name badges from Level 7 Concepts.

  • I don’t want to use the website to place an order, what are my options?

    Your old school, huh? Totally fine with us, just click here to download an order form. Put pen to paper and fax us your order. Snap! Done.

  • I have a large order to place, what’s the best course of action?

    We love large orders! The best option would be to print out an order form here, then email us a digital copy of your list of names exactly how you would want them on your name badges. Remember to include titles, etc. to your list. Pretty much any digital file will work.

  • Can I call and place an order?

    Yes and no. We’ll talk to you about the specifics of what you need over the phone. But when it comes down to it, we’ll ask you to use the web, fax, carrier pigeon, or email to get us your list of names. It’s very time consuming and risky to try to collect a list of names via the telephone.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. As well as checks and cold hard cash. If you wish to set-up a NET 30 account. Please fill out this form and fax it to 800.943.8290. Please note that you will need to use a credit card, or send us a check, on your first purchase. You can also use an electronic check, call for details.

  • What are your name badges made out of?

    All of our plastic name badges are made out of 2-ply ABS plastic. We use the finest plastics available from Bur-Lane, Inc. and Rowmark. Our metal name badges are made out of .050” leaded brass or nickel silver.

  • Can you put our logo on any name badge?

    Yes! Our processes allow us to use many different techniques to add a logo to any name badge. If you’re really interested click here to see the different techniques thoroughly explained.

  • What kind of artwork do you need for a logo name badge?

    Great question....and the reason we have a bottle of aspirin at our office! The short answer: Vector artwork. The long answer: The long answer is for those who just thought to themselves what vector artwork is. Here we go. Vector artwork is created using only lines and curves. It can be reduced or expanded without any loss of quality. If your logo is in a vector format, it could literally be expanded forever without any loss of detail. Also, any part of a vector logo can be manipulated very easily. The opposite of a vector artwork file is a raster artwork file. This type of artwork is made up of rasters or dots. This artwork cannot be enlarged without a loss of detail. Also, this file type cannot be altered very easily. If you have a vector file such as .eps, .ai, .cdr, or .pdf then you’re good to go. If all you have is a raster file such as .jpg, .bmp, .png, or .tiff then we’ll more then likely need to recreate your logo. This can usually be done for around $20 and we’ll send you the new vector version of your artwork. If you’re not sure what formats you have, check with your graphic artist. All logos are vector when they were originally designed. There’s a lot more, but we’re assuming you’ve already moved on to the next FAQ!

  • Can I have more than 3 lines of text?

    Yes! And even better...we’ll pay for the additional text over 3 lines.

  • How long before I receive my order?

    Typically all of our name badge orders will ship within 3 business days. If you’re willing to pay for expedited shipping then we’re willing to get your order out as fast as we can. We won’t charge you a rush fee (the expedited shipping let’s us know your serious). Oh, and we are going to charge you our FedEx rack rate. We think we’re cool also!

  • How will my order be shipped?

    All orders will ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We are very excited to announce our new starship software through VTechnologies. Starship will allow us to compare rates during the shipping process to assure our customers receive the lowest possible shipping charges. As we stated above we aren’t going to charge you a handling or shipping charge.

  • What do you sell besides name badges?

    While name badges make up the bulk of our business, we have the production capabilities to make many other items. Here is a full list of the items we produce on a daily basis: name badges (plastic and metal), name plates, signs (laser or rotary engraved, ADA signs, digitally printed signs), digitally printed vinyl, banners, posters, rubber stamps (self-inking and pre-inked), control panels (plastic and metal). Foam logos.

  • Why use Level 7 Concepts?

    Wow, we hate this question! We’re the best, we’re awesome, our products are unmatched, we’re the cheapest, we’re the fastest, we eat the most pizza, we have fancy equipment, we have free shipping. You’ll hear this from all the others. Our pitch is this: we feel we’ve found a combination of quality and speed that works for us and in turn is fair to the customer. We encourage you to browse the web and check the other sites out. Really pay attention to set-up fees and the badge pricing.
